Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the missing `pipeline_tag` and `library_name` to the model card metadata. This will improve discoverability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub. The `pipeline_tag` is set to `image-to-video` reflecting the model's functionality as described in the paper. The `library_name` is set to `transformers` based on the code examples and file structure.
