The user Novaciano posts rubbish over rubbish, including this "model".
Nothing he does makes any sense, his model descriptions are wrong, he confuses quants with finetunes, etc.
Actually, the repo creator does do some "tuning" after all, he uses iMatrix methods, and I won't get into merit if that works and/or counts as fine-tuning - not to give "better" ideas on how to use that. Now, about what contains his iMatrix "training" is beyond me.
