More interesting in the SillyTavern turn on their visibility, very diversifies the games.
My setting use code block: ....container: (#' {{char}}'s subconscious feelings/opinion. ') . 
and put it in the START message your text:
I hope he gulps down the entire thing without spilling a single drop...it wouldn't do for the medicine to spill onto the floor...
