Model refuses to create naked males

I would like to know if the inability to create some full and accurate nudist images for male persons or creatures are a limitation of the model or some kind of censorship remain. Do someone have created successfully full naked bodies either for men and women? Even I have explicit prompted for full naked bodies, the model sometimes generate a transgender man or a dressed one.
