Hey there,
I just wanted to point out that the message about MiniMax joining the open-source community by releasing models like MiniMax-Text-01 and MiniMax-VL-01 feels a bit misleading. While it’s great to see companies sharing their work, calling it "open source" isn’t accurate if the license is proprietary and doesn’t align with the principles of free software or the Open Source Initiative (OSI) guidelines. 🚫

True open-source license ensures users have the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software without restrictive conditions. However, if the license imposes limitations or doesn’t meet these criteria, it’s not genuinely open source. It’s important to be transparent about this to avoid confusion and to respect the values of the open-source community. 🌍

I appreciate the effort to share models and demos, but let’s be careful with terminology. Mislabeling proprietary software as open source can dilute the meaning of what open source truly stands for—freedom and collaboration. 🙌

Could you please REMOVE the words "Open Source" from your description?
