# Pistol Detection
Detecting Pistol in the Video / Photo

## Installation

##### SETUP
```shell
#---------Using MAKE (Recommended) ----------
make provision
conda activate aero-detection
make build
```

Trained 250 Epochs

The dataset includes 2971 images.
Pistol are annotated in YOLOv8 format.

The following pre-processing was applied to each image:
* Auto-orientation of pixel data (with EXIF-orientation stripping)
* Resize to 640x640 (Stretch)

No image augmentation techniques were applied.
