Add library_name and links to paper, code, and project page

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding library_name: transformers to the metadata, which enables the "Use in Transformers" button on the hub.
Linking the model to its research paper: From Sparse Decisions to Dense Reasoning: A Multi-attribute Trajectory Paradigm for Multimodal Moderation.
Adding links to the official GitHub repository and Project Page.
Including the BibTeX citation from the paper.
