ckn Team and the ChenkinNoob model series project hereby state:

我们作为一支独立且纯粹的开源团队，近期无任何商业化融资计划，团队核心成员亦无相关的创业规划。

As an independent and pure open-source team, we currently have no commercial fundraising plans, and our core team members have no related startup plans.

我们注意到，近期有部分个人或第三方团队，可能冒用 ckn 项目的名义，或使用本团队的开源模型、技术成果及相关履历，向投资人进行虚假宣传或开展融资活动。请各界朋友及投资机构提高警惕，仔细甄别项目发起人及团队背景的真实性。

It has come to our attention that certain individuals or third-party teams may be falsely using the ckn project's name, or utilizing our open-source models, technical achievements, and related credentials to deceive investors or conduct fundraising activities. We urge everyone, especially investment institutions, to be highly vigilant and to carefully verify the authenticity of any project initiators and their stated backgrounds.

任何未经 ckn 团队核心成员（如通过官方 GitHub、Hugging Face 或魔搭主页等官方渠道）明确确认的商业或融资活动，均与我们无关。对于因此造成的任何损失或后果，ckn 团队概不负责。

Any commercial or fundraising activity not explicitly confirmed by the core members of the ckn team (e.g., via our official GitHub, Hugging Face, or ModelScope pages) is not affiliated with us. The ckn team cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses or consequences.
