Update pipeline tag and add link to code

This PR changes the pipeline tag to image-to-text, reflecting that this model takes an image as input and outputs text. It also adds a link to the Github repository.
LLaVA takes image and text as input. Why are we changing to image-to-text ? For example, as seen here https://huggingface.co/liuhaotian/llava-v1.5-13b
Github repo is incorrect. Will add correct Github.
