Which 4b version is better?

as the title suggests, im curious which 4b version performs better in your opinion? now, im not looking for a roleplay 4b model but something that will follow simple instructions to use as a simple agent. truthfully im looking for something like a 2b model but most of them just arent cut out for even simple tasks yet.
I'd try Delta-Vector/Hamanasu-4B-Instruct-KTO-V2 - but truthfully these are made for Roleplay/story-writing. KTO version should be the best at things that needs smarts.
