Sweet spot appears to be ~ the 1250 model loaded at 60%

Use the prompt: "colorize in MangCol style"

Trained on 18 (possibly synthetic) pairs of somewhat modern manga pages

Higher influence gives you more appropriate modern colors, but may lead to worse interpretation of elements of the scene

It gets some biases such as tendency to interpret background as sky, so if using for the purposes of reading (instead of production), I would suggest desaturating afterwards somewhat, so you can ignore the occasional flawed interpretations
