I just have got feeling this model is heavily biased by APA and their so called "works" without facts or evidences, it may be more detrimental than helpful.

The Free Software Foundation does mind and doesn't approve proprietary licenses. They have got a goal and purposes of its existence, promoting the cause.

The Open Source Initiative promote the cause of making free software, they don't just take non-partisan stance to say "We don't care".

Trying to forbid commercial use is even futile, how are you going to know it when it happens? Why in the first place was it released with non-free license? Then I mean, don't release it.
