Illustrious xl v0.1 was licensed under FAIPL-1.0 non commercial.
Is this also licensed under the FAIPL? It would make sense if someone takes Your model, and finetunes it further for them to have to open source it aswell.

I believe You could dual license the model with apache-2.0 and faipl-1.0

GPL is similar to FAIPL-1.0, and apache is compatible with GPL, You'd have no problem licensing the AI model under faipl-1.0
v0.03 is apache 2.0 license- with more progress and legal reviews, we will attach proper license if required - and for commercial concerns, to match standard - we will separate commercial license for 'companies' with certain revenue threshold, which would make sense.
