I am currently working on my undergraduate thesis, which focuses on building a Turkish medical Visual Question Answering (VQA) system using radiology images. As part of this research, I need to translate English medical questions and answers into high-quality Turkish, and your model aimped/nlp-health-translation-base-en-tr appears to be the most suitable option for this purpose.
The work is strictly academic and non-commercial. If granted access, I will properly cite your model and acknowledge your contribution in the methodology section of my thesis and any related publications.

Thank you for your response. May I kindly ask in what context this model is intended to be used, or whether academic, non-commercial evaluation without access to weights is possible?
Understanding the intended use case could help me look for alternative solutions more effectively.
