Well.. it definitely is ...something.
It has issues with EOS token and formatting. Likely the V7 as the older mixtral template breaks it more. I'm not sure how they expected people not to notice. Did they not test the model before release at all?
If you look at the creator's comments it was obvious that something is wrong :)
Looks like they were not even able to test the model before the release, the person announcing was not aware what this model can do.
