Error in Chinese-Russian Translation

When I use the MBart model to translate Chinese into Russian, the generated content is always in English. However, this problem does not occur with other languages. I want to know where the issue lies.
this occurs with other languages too, I wanted to make arabic, french, spanish , english to russian translator, but it translates all other languages into english

I asked the model to translate Spanish into Chinese and approximately half of the output are in English.
