This is basically just Apache 2.0 with less legalese. It would probably be better to use Apache 2.0 as it is a more established license that has already been tested in court.

Regardless, my argument still stands. If an Apache-like license is the goal, just use Apache. If an AGPL-like license is the goal, just use AGPL.
