Add model card metadata, link to project page and source code

This PR adds relevant metadata such as pipeline_tag, library_name and license to the model card. It also adds a link to the project page and the source code repository.

Btw I noticed only https://huggingface.co/kuleshov-group/bd3lm-owt-block_size16 has been linked to the paper page so far, feel free to link the other 2 checkpoints as well. Just adding the paper URL in the model card is needed for that
