Hello Meta / Hugging Face team,

I previously applied for access to the LLaMA-3-8B-Instruct model but my request was rejected.
I would like to kindly request a reconsideration.

My main goal is to learn how to build an AI application. As part of this, I intend to
create a console AI app that can analyze multilingual conversations and extract structured
insights in JSON format. This will be used for personal learning, research, and development
purposes, and potentially fine-tuning in the future.

I confirm that I accept and will comply with the LLaMA Community License Agreement.
