download problems

Am i the only one having issues with downloading this? i managed to get half of the model files but the other half would just refuse to download, i tested the speed online 460 mbs, i also opened another page on the chrome browser and loaded youtube to test if my internet was working, and it did perfectly, so this is either a google issue, or a huggingface website issue, does anyone else encounter this?.
