i recommend generating with highrez-fix set to R-ESRGAN 4x+ anime6b with strength set to 0.5.

To upscale, first send to extras and upscale with your fav upscaler, then send to inpaint to fix eyes/hands/etc.

multicontrolnet also works well for webcomic or posed images.

for positive prompts, you can try appending the following:
