same question , we wonder to know that NuExtract 2 got same perfomermans ,which one is better ?

I think the use case here is a bit different, afaik NuExtract can create its own schemas (I could be mistaken!), but at a production level, data systems already have an expected schema they expect, so creating a new one might have compatibility issues. This model on the other hand takes in the expected schema that any downstream task would require and strictly translates to that, which achieves a different purpose.
