set up japanese CLIP

Hi, I was trying to set up the model, but encountered the error: ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (sentencepiece)
I would like to know if there is a manual to set up the model. Or may I know if there are any specific requirements for the installation?
