Improve model card: Add pipeline tag and ensure metadata consistency

This PR improves the model card by adding the pipeline_tag: question-answering to accurately reflect the model's capabilities. The transformers library is also explicitly stated in the metadata to reflect its usage in the provided code example. The existing license and base model are retained. The links to the paper, Github repository, and project page are already present and remain unchanged.
