Hello,

I am applying for a GPU grant  to create an accessible and free demo space for our new AI agent for biological sequences, ChatNT.

ChatNT is an AI agent specifically designed to understand and interact with biological sequence data using natural language. Users will be able to simply upload a FASTA file and then query the data using conversational language.

ChatNT was recently published in Nature Machine Intelligence (find the article here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s42256-025-01047-1). It was also featured on the cover of the June issue of Nature Machine Intelligence (https://www.nature.com/natmachintell/).

We believe that by offering this tool freely, we can accelerate discovery, facilitate learning, and inspire innovation within the biological and AI communities.
