First, I would like to thank you all for the service so graciously provided here.
With that said, changes were made to it, and it really doesn't function as it once did, or at all, from my personal experience.
I have tried a few merges on it, and they all "failed", and by that I mean that it went to sleep at various points during the merge attempts, not one finished successfully.
Okay, maybe my merges are too big and complex, right? That would explain why they are taking so long.
So I tried to merge just two models with task arithmetic, 12B each; They downloaded, they merged and then... nothing. It simply wouldn't upload; it just did nothing until it went asleep. I tried again, same thing, I tried again, same thing.
I like to believe I am not too dumb, but I fail to understand what I am doing wrong here; why is it failing? Is this by design?
While true that I haven't tried a smaller model, like a 1~4B parameter one, it would still be mighty useful if this upload issue could be checked. If the sleep timer could be increased to about 20 minutes, and in any case, some manner of disclaimer were given to help understand the current scope and intended use of this tool, and to manage the expectations of its user base.
English is not my first language, so I hope not only that what I wrote here is intelligible but that it also doesn't come across as rude or entitled.
