Map downloads instead of opening on Gradio>=4.41.0

When the map is displayed when using Gradio version 4.41.0 or higher an HTML file is downloaded instead of displaying the map. I did a binary search of gradio versions to determine that the error was added at 4.41.0. If you use Gradio 4.40.0 it behaves correctly.
