+1 on having non email notifications.

I've disabled notifications for certain orgs, but they're still showing in my inbox. Guessing this is just blocking future notifications. Would be nice if this would filter out existing notifications too (or if I had another way to do that).
Would also be nice to be able to shift+click to select multiple boxes so I can more easily bulk mark notifications as read.

Yes, that's a low priority but I agree.
The current options are way too broad; I don't really care about what other users are discussing or commenting on; it's way too noisy and based on what I've read from the docs, you have to play a game of mute Whack a mole when new ones pop-up.
I really only want 2 notification options added for Orgs / Users I follow: "A new model is released" and "A model has been updated"
Can those be added?
Help with subscription activation issue

I made the payment for my subscription, but I still don't have access to the platform. Has anyone experienced this and knows the best way to solve it? If someone from the notifications team could guide me, I'd appreciate it.

@coyotte508 I’ve had a very similar experience. I reached out right after subscribing to Pro to ask how to access the benefits. No response. I followed up twice—still nothing. Only once I cancelled the subscription did I finally hear back, and only from billing.
There seems to be a real gap between what’s promised and what’s delivered. Paying users should receive clear support, or at the very least, a response. Right now, the service feels one-sided—payment is immediate, but support or guidance is absent.
I’ve supported Hugging Face for a long time and see its potential, but this kind of experience makes it difficult to recommend Pro. Looking through the forums, this seems to be a common pattern—not a one-off issue.

Hi @A634579 , the transaction you're seeing is a temporary hold of $10USD we use to validate your payment method; it will disappear in a few days.
Following this temporary hold, we tried to charge your card for the actual subscription amount, but the payment was indeed rejected for insufficient funds - it seems there was enough on the card for the temporary hold to succeed, but not enough when combined with the actual subscription charge. You can either add more funds to your card or wait a couple of days until the temporary hold disappears and try to subscribe again.
