Apply for community grant: Academic project (gpu)
Hi, we are introducing the Q-Instruct, the first attempt of the research field on low-level visual instruction tuning on multi-modality large language models. Our GitHub repo is here: https://github.com/Q-Future/Q-Instruct, and hope to hold our demo here for reference. I hope you can grant me a GPU like A10 for holding the demo. Thanks.
Our dataset and models are already released on Huggingface:
All weights are converted into Huggingface format and totally compatible with the base repositories (LLaVA, mPLUG-Owl-2, InternLM-XComposer).

Hi @teowu , we have assigned a gpu to this space. Note that GPU Grants are provided temporarily and might be removed after some time if the usage is very low.

BTW, I'm just curious, but did you open this discussion via this form?
Usually, if one applies for a grant using this form, it opens a discussion like this and it sends notification to our internal Slack channel. Some HF members including me are reviewing grant requests using the notifications, but I can't find your request in the channel.
Hi hysts,
Sorry I did not open this discussion via the form. I am a bit new to this system and kinda follow some message format from a friend's space.
Now that I get it, do I need to open a discussion again for this space, or do it from the right way next time?
Best,
Haoning
