Upgrade repository to HunyuanOCR-1.5:

root: 1.5 target base (single-file model.safetensors)
dflash/: 1.5 DFlash speculative-decoding draft
v1.0/: previous HunyuanOCR-1.0 archived (4-shard weights)
A follow-up commit on this PR removes the old 1.0 shards/index from root.
