Yes, just load them like loading usual loras. They're pruned with SVD so their sizes are greatly reduced to help save VRAM, while (hopefully) not reducing much quality.
Unfortunately, the pruning is very lossy, doesn't work as intended, full versions are better because you've been removing too many params
