Add library name and pipeline tag

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the relevant
pipeline_tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-text-to-text&sort=trending. - Making sure the "how to use" button appears on the top right (with a Transformers code snippet)
