This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-video as the model performs image manipulation based on audio input. library_name is set to pytorch based on the project's dependencies. This improves discoverability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub.
